The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority is proud to partner with Soldier On to create the Veterans and Families Transportation Call Center. Funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration, the Call Center will be staffed by Soldier On veterans to provide service to all Berkshire County veterans and their families.

Scheduling Transportation

BRTA and Soldier On are making it easy to access information about transportation for veterans and their families by calling the Call Center or by requesting a trip online. There is a short registration process, requiring an e-mail address. The software is self-explanatory and easy to use. Confirmation of the requested trip will be sent via e-mail. Transportation options will vary and may not be applicable to all. Some options are free, while others are fare based.
